I graduated from Chester-Hubbell-Byron High School. I attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and received a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science Degree. I also attended Wayne State College and received a Bachelor Degree in K-12 Special Education Teaching Endorsement. I previously taught at Lakeview High School. I began teaching for HPS in 2017. I currently am the sponsor of the sophomore class. While I'm not working, I enjoy reading, watching movies, camping, and spending time with my family and friends. My family consists of my husband, Dan, and our daughters, Jalyssa and Ava.
