I graduated from Elkhorn Valley School in 1995. I attended Wayne State College and received a B.S. in Special Education in 2000. In 2007, I received my M.S. in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from Walden University. I have previously taught at Dell Rapids SD for 4 1/2 years, subbed at Sioux Falls, SD for 2 years, Sioux Falls Children's Hospital and School for 1 year, and Colman-Egan School for 2 years. I started teaching at HPS in 2010. I teach K-12 Special Education and Coach One Act, Bowling, and High School Volleyball. While I’m not working, I enjoy camping, hunting, boating, reading, and spending time with family. My family includes my husband, Carl, and my children, Allie, Addison, Abilyn, and Colter.
