I graduated from Ansley High School in 2005. I attended the University of Nebraska-Kearney and received my Bachelor of Arts in Education Degree in Business Education and my Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration-Finance. I also received my Master of Science in Education from UNK in Instruction Technology. I previously taught at Broken Bow Public Schools for 3 years and Anselmo-Merna Public Schools for 2 years. I started at HPS in 2016. I currently teach 5th - 8th grade computers, Information Technology, Introduction to Business, Web Design, Computer Programming, Personal Finance, Entrepreneurship, Business Law, and Consumer Math. I am also a junior class sponsor and help with technology in the district. While I’m not working, I enjoy the outdoors, DIY/crafting, technology, and spending time with my family and friends. My family includes my husband, Brice, and our children, Eli, and Emersyn.
