I graduated from Valentine High School in 2005. I attended Northeast Community College and received an Associate of Arts Degree. Then I attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney and received a Bachelor of Arts in Education Degree. I also received a Master's degree from Chadron State in 2023. I previously taught in Wallace, NE for 4 years. I started teaching at HPS in 2015. I teach 10-12 Social Studies, Psychology, and Sociology and am the Head HS boys basketball coach and Cross Country Coach. While I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids. My family includes my wife, Jenna and my children, Beck, Ricki, Maclyn , and Bennie. I love getting to know our students and spending time with them in the classroom and in athletics. I think that we all have it pretty good in Humphrey!
